disadvantaged U.K residents up to the age of 60 years inclusive and ALL accompanying
family and friends MUST be insured under the same policy. Before a person can be
considered for cover this proposal form must be completed and submitted to your agent with
an Our Way Medical Certificate to be completed by the applicants Consultant or Doctor. It
is important that both the application form and medical certificate are CLEARLY completed
as illegible applications will be refused. ALL Insureds must take out an E111 (available
from your local post office) for ALL EUROPEAN Destinations. This offers minimal health
benefits in certain European countries however it will not provide the full benefits of
this policy such as Ambulance charges or repatriation. We must remind you that this is a
specialised policy which has taken years to put together specifically for people with
Medical/Physical Disadvantages when they are unable to get cover anywhere else to allow
them to travel. Therefore whilst we manage to accept most applications there are
unfortunately some we are unable to accept to safeguard this scheme for the future and
hopefully eliminate the hardship most people have when trying to find such insurance. An
indication of premiums are listed opposite which are subject to Insurance Premium Tax and
whilst generally these premiums will apply some applications may require an exclusion and
occasionally an additional premium. |
